Siesta Lounge Pant

Wife loved these pants and wears them all the time now

I loved my Ts and jogger bottom sleepwear so decided to try these. First, they run big and they stretch out fast. I am usually a medium and I think I could go XS here. The length is ok for me (I have about a 30in inseam) but the hem is essentially not a hem; it’s unfinished and so it rolls/curls up a bit making them look poorly made. The fabric is silky and thin, not bad quality and especially might be good in warm seasons but not really great for wearing outside the house,

I’m really liking this “ lounge” pant. The fabric is a nice weight and a very pleasant finish - it almost feels silky; much smoother and silk like than you’d guess when it’s actually 100% merino wool. These are comfortable and fit as expected. I’m pretty sure I’ll be wearing these out more than I’ll be actually lounging in them - though they are also perfect for lounging; it’s just that they look so much more attractive than just a lounging pant. I bought two of these ... one for her and after I saw her's I decided to order one for me, because despite all of my searching I have never been able to find merino sleepwear for men. The Siesta Lounge Pants were perfect, not just for a woman, but me also. You may find other lounge pants made out of fine merino and/or cashmere, but good luck finding any that are 100% natural fiber! When I wear these my skin can breathe, and I sleep like a baby. No more waking up in middle of the night in a sweat! (Of course, the other part of that equation is natural fibers above and below ... a sheepskin mattress topper below and a couple of 100% wool blankets on top. Another bonus to these pants, is that when I get out of bed for a few minutes in the middle of a cold night I stay warm, because I am dry, and I am wearing wool. I bought the Chill Angel Siesta Lounge Pant and Power Nap Long Sleeve to wear as pajamas, so I will include both in my review. I really like the weight of the wool and they are very comfortable. The pants are cut fairly well, with just one leg slightly off-grain, but there is no annoying “twisted leg” during sleep. They can handle my light night sweats but not heavier ones. Although I can’t just toss them in with my regular laundry, they are pretty easy to launder and dry. Wearing these items as pajamas, my husband does find the back pockets funny! I’m very pleased with my purchase and will likely purchase another set.
