Sleepover Nightshirt

Before this, I would often go to bed super cold and wake up middle of the night warm. This is the only nightgown that helps to keep regulated and most nights no longer wake up hot!

I really wanted to like this nightshirt, but sadly, it just didn't impress me - especially considering the price. The neckline is banded with a bias strip (good, but to be expected), the sleeves have applied cuffs (good, but to be expected), but they are attached with a flat-felled seam, which has a very low-end appearance. The hem is just a serged edge. I wasn't expecting hand stitching, but I did expect that the hem would at least be a real turned hem. The buttons are non-functional, which is surprising for a product in this price range. And there is a shiny silver heat-transfer logo on the outside of the back - beyond cheap and tacky, and making it impossible to use this for any purpose other than sleepwear. So if you're thinking of buying this for use as a tunic or a streetwear dress, think again.
On the plus side, the shirt is real wool. That's the best I can say for it.
People who are willing to pay over $100 for a nightshirt are expecting better quality, and people who will accept this level of quality will expect better prices. Sorry, but this is my honest opinion.

I love Chill Angel products, this is my second sleepover nightshirt, the first I loved to death, and it was especially dear to me during recovery from surgery. It maintains the perfect temperature, never itches, and the flat seams never irritate. I have ordered merino items from over 8 different companies, and this brand has been the softest of them all, almost feels like cashmere. My only minor change I would like is a kangaroo pocket to store my phone when I walk around, generally I love more and deeper pockets.

Love this nightshirt! I live in a cooler climate and pretty much wear long sleeves to sleep year-round. The wool is great for temperature regulation. It’s soft and comfortable! True to size. Would recommend!

This nightshirt is simply amazing! I wanted a long-sleeved merino wool nightgown, and they are hard to find. My husband bought this for me and it is just wonderful! It is so soft and delicate, slim-fit enough that it doesn’t get caught up around your legs while you sleep, and fabulously wicking. I caught a GI bug (ugh) and had a fever, and while the sweat would be running down my body, the nightshirt stayed cozy and stink-free. Yes, it’s thin material and you’ll need to be gentle with it. I washed it in a lingerie bag as it’s recommended we do, and it looks like it did when it came out of the package. Thank you, Chill Angel!
