Sleepover Nightshirt

As a mostly at-home person with chronic illness, I've been collecting these nightshirts for a few years and LOVE them. I was surprised when the Sleepover version switched from the heavier merino to the silkier one, but I still love it. Esp. in these lovely new colors. It's hard to imagine fabric nicer than this, made out of anything. I personally think it's the ultimate in functional luxury, and the comfort is unmatched. So grateful for this company, thank you, Betsy.

This is my 4th Sleepover Nightshirt! I think that says it all. I have it in black, black/purple, black/tan, and now auburn. I love this nightshirt.

Before this, I would often go to bed super cold and wake up middle of the night warm. This is the only nightgown that helps to keep regulated and most nights no longer wake up hot!

I really wanted to like this nightshirt, but sadly, it just didn't impress me - especially considering the price. The neckline is banded with a bias strip (good, but to be expected), the sleeves have applied cuffs (good, but to be expected), but they are attached with a flat-felled seam, which has a very low-end appearance. The hem is just a serged edge. I wasn't expecting hand stitching, but I did expect that the hem would at least be a real turned hem. The buttons are non-functional, which is surprising for a product in this price range. And there is a shiny silver heat-transfer logo on the outside of the back - beyond cheap and tacky, and making it impossible to use this for any purpose other than sleepwear. So if you're thinking of buying this for use as a tunic or a streetwear dress, think again.
On the plus side, the shirt is real wool. That's the best I can say for it.
People who are willing to pay over $100 for a nightshirt are expecting better quality, and people who will accept this level of quality will expect better prices. Sorry, but this is my honest opinion.

I love Chill Angel products, this is my second sleepover nightshirt, the first I loved to death, and it was especially dear to me during recovery from surgery. It maintains the perfect temperature, never itches, and the flat seams never irritate. I have ordered merino items from over 8 different companies, and this brand has been the softest of them all, almost feels like cashmere. My only minor change I would like is a kangaroo pocket to store my phone when I walk around, generally I love more and deeper pockets.
